Product details:
The tubular cooler consists of two oil coolers with the same area and a three-way valve device, one working and the other standby. Each cooler can bear the cooling load of the entire system. One end of the tube plate is fixed, and the other end is a floating, detachable tube bundle and water chamber cover, which is easy to clean, inspect and maintain during operation. The material of the cooler can be selected from various options based on the usage location and water system conditions.
1: Model Description
The SL type tube cooler is a product manufactured with imported Japanese technology. The cooling tubes are made of copper tubes rolled into heat sinks, which have a small volume and a large heat transfer area; By using a spiral guide plate, the oil flow is formed into a spiral shape and uniformly connected, overcoming the heat transfer dead angle caused by transmission deflection. The heat transfer efficiency is high and the pressure loss is small.
There are two types of water flow in this cooler: two flow and four flow. There are two types of oil flow: high flow (large guide vane) and low flow (small guide vane). Optional according to requirements.
